Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Asoha AS for using the asoha app and this website. The short version: your content stays yours, subscriptions renew weekly until you cancel, use the service lawfully and considerately, and be honest about what AI-made images are.

1. About These Terms

These terms apply when you use the asoha app or this website (together, “the service”), operated by Asoha AS, a company registered in Norway. By using the service you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use asoha.

2. The Service

asoha creates images from the photos you provide and the descriptions you write. The service is under active development: features may change, and usage limits apply to how many images you can generate. We may adjust those limits over time.

3. Your Account

You sign in to asoha with your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for your account and for what happens through it, and the information connected to it must be accurate.

4. Subscriptions

Generating images requires a subscription. The available plans, their prices, and roughly how many images each allows per week are shown in the app before you subscribe. Subscriptions are purchased through your Apple account, and Apple handles the payment; see our Privacy Policy for how subscription data is handled.

Subscriptions renew automatically each week until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time in your Apple account's subscription settings; cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms, so refund requests go to Apple.

If we change a plan's price or what it includes, the change takes effect at a later renewal, with notice through the App Store, and you can cancel before it applies.

5. Your Content

The photos you upload and the images you create remain yours. You give Asoha AS permission to host and process them solely to operate the service — including sending your photos and descriptions to the image-generation providers named in our Privacy Policy and storing the results for you.

We access your content only when needed to operate the service, investigate abuse or violations of these terms, or comply with the law. We do not sell your content.

Only upload photos you have the right to use. You are responsible for the content you provide.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the service, you agree not to:

• create or share content that is illegal, or that harasses, deceives, exploits, or harms others;
• upload photos of other people without their consent;
• create intimate or sexual imagery of a real person without their consent;
• create pornographic or sexually explicit content;
• use the service to identify real people or to infer private or sensitive information about them;
• impersonate real people or present generated images as authentic photographs in a misleading way;
• use generated images to develop or train AI models that compete with the providers that power asoha;
• interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service;
• circumvent generation limits or safety measures.

7. AI-Generated Images

Images are generated by AI. Results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to images generated for others from similar inputs, and we make no promises about their fitness for any particular purpose.

You may use the images you create for any lawful purpose, including commercially. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law.

8. Our Property

The asoha name, wordmark, app, and website belong to Asoha AS. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms. You can stop using the service at any time, and you can have your account and data deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription by itself — cancel it in your Apple account's subscription settings.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Asoha AS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or for how you or others use generated images. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version always lives on this page, with the date above. If changes are significant, we will announce them more prominently.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes are handled by the Norwegian courts. This does not limit any mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.
